Member Care
Please note, there is a Continuity of Care period that allows members to access the same services and providers through the transition. This period lasts up to 240 days or until the member's care plan is finalized by Molina and ongoing services are authorized, whichever is sooner.
Member Portal
Members can access the Sunshine Health member portal to view claims through September 30, 2027.
My Health Pays® Rewards Program
- The My Health Pays® program ended September 30, 2026.
- Rewards for eligible activities completed on or before September 30, 2026, will continue to be processed and added to your card through November 15, 2026.
- The last day to use your My Health Pays® Visa® Prepaid card* is December 30, 2026. After this day, your card will be closed, and any remaining funds will no longer be available.
- To check your card balance, call the number on the back of your My Health Pays® card.
